By filling any V-Slice Partners intake form we may collect the following categories of personal information directly from you: Identifiers (e.g., Name, Email, Country of Residence, Timezone), Professional Information (e.g., Work history, Portfolios, Hourly rates), and Internet/Electronic Network Activity (e.g., IP addresses collected via form submissions).

We process your data based on your explicit consent and our legitimate interest to facilitate talent matchmaking. Your data is used exclusively to evaluate your technical competency and present your profile to independent game studios or game publishers.

We share your professional profile with prospective businesses only after a match has been identified and accepted by the company. We utilize third-party infrastructure to securely process your data, including Airtable, Fillout, and Squarespace. For automated technical data extraction, we utilize the OpenAI API, which is legally bound to exclude customer inputs from training its foundational models. We also utilize generative AI chat interfaces to assist in matchmaking analysis; however, all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is strictly scrubbed and removed from your profile prior to this analysis, ensuring your personal data is never exposed to or used for public AI model training.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill our matchmaking services. In accordance with standard data minimization principles, candidate profiles will be retained in an identifiable format for a maximum of 24 months from your last point of contact or profile update. After this period, your profile will be permanently anonymized. This means all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) will be irreversibly scrubbed so the remaining statistical data can no longer be linked to you, unless you explicitly renew your consent to remain in our active talent pool before the 24 month mark.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as the right to opt out of the sharing of your information. V-Slice Partners does not sell your personal data for monetary value. To exercise your rights, submit a formal request to admin@vslice.vc. We will respond to your request within one month.
